Absolutely loved my 6 week stay here! Perfectly located within walking distance to anything you could want/require during a short or long-term stay. The building is great and it's amenities are definitely an added bonus to this quality apartment. Highly recommend!

Saeid’s place is absolutely amazing! The reality is better than can be captured in photos. The condo is incredibly clean, spacious and modern. The location is within walking distance of most places in Brickell. The highlight of our stay was Manny, the property manager. His responsiveness was astonishing! Ever need was accommodated with unbelievable speed and complete professionalism. Thank you so much for providing the best possible stay during our trip to Miami!

Great building with all amenities. Great location in Brickell. Many restaurants and cafes nearby, also super close to a 7-Eleven and CVS for convenience. The rooftop pool is a huge bonus. The apartment was cozy, had all I need, including a powerful hairdryer which as a woman I really appreciated. The smart TV has netflix and all the apps. Manuel was also super attentive during during my whole stay and a huge help whenever I needed anything. Thank you so much again!

Saeid place was perfect for my two months stay. I had absolutely everything I needed for long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped and under the bathroom sink there were little things like toilet paper and toothbrushes in case you need any. That was a sweet touch. Communication was great. The view and location are just perfect. Walking distance to all the stores you need plus two restaurants in the building and a coffee place. I just loved my staying at Saeid place. It felt like home and I was sad to leave.
