Check-in for the unit was very convenient and fast. The staff in this building is outstanding. The unit is decorated nicely and the furniture is comfortable. It was also clean. We enjoyed eating lunch on the balcony every day as we watched activities on the water. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance of 2 grocery stores, 2 drug stores and a nice mall. There are great options for morning walks as well. Liliana was very prompt with our communications with her. We would definitely stay at Liliana's properties again.

Liliana is a wonderful host who is very responsive and will help you with whatever you need. Check in was easy and flexible and the building staff are excellent. Liliana’s apartment is bright and spacious and exactly like the photos. Beautiful view of the water, large balcony, spacious bathroom. The amenities are excellent. The rooftop pool has morning/early afternoon sun and the other pool has afternoon/evening sun with a hot tub. The building is not too busy so it feels peaceful. Long term stay and ended up extending. The location is ideal, walking distance to Brickell Mary Village and close to two Publix while also being on a quiet block.

I had an amazing stay at Liliana’s place. Perfect spot in brickell close to everything. Apartment itself is really beautiful with everything you would need for a home away from home. It has a really nice two pools and gym. The balcony is huge, this is where I spent most of my time working or just relaxing with a view of the water. Kitchen has everything that you would need which was really convenient but there are many healthy options 5 min walk if you are looking to eat out. Overall exceptional stay and looking forward to coming back!! Thank you Liliana :)

Wow, the place is so perfect! I love the building, the location, its top notch amenities! The unit is in mint condition and has everything you need. Gorgeous unit ! What a view. I had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Lilly, who was an excellent host and always available. Will be back soon !

Lily is an outstanding host. She and Manuel were very responsive both pre trip and during the trip. Brickell House is a beautiful building with awesome amenities. There are two different pools, a lounge with free coffee on weekdays, and a BBQ area. There’s a gym, but Equinox Brickell is also a few minute walk away. The unit has a partial water view (see photos) and the view from the rooftop pool looking out over the water is unparalleled. Guests marveled at the views and amenities, and we appreciated them. Lily’s place is well-stocked. Her kitchen has everything you need to cook on a daily basis. Plus a Nespresso machine, coffee machine, electric water heater. She has large TVs in the living room and bedroom. Plenty of towels, blow dryer, comfy king bed, washer and dryer in unit. Because we were there for a couple of months, we worked with Lily to bring in her cleaner to keep the place sparkling. Thank you Lily for a great 2 months relaxing in Miami!
